AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PARTS/APPLIANCES AND YOU TAKE CARE OF THE INSTALLATION CHARGES?
Yes, that’s the beauty of our membership program. You make monthly payments according to your membership plan and whenever you have the need for a repair/replacement or an upgrade, you purchase the parts and we take care of the installation charges.
dO I USE YOUR SERVICES ONLY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS?
Not only can you use our services in emergency situations, i.e. your hot water heater or air conditioning unit breaks down, but you can also use our services just because you would like to upgrade your hot water heater, or install a larger air conditioner unit, or maybe you want to upgrade your washer and dryer. The idea is for you to take full advantage of the Home Repairs Membership throughout the year.
HOW SOON CAN I StaRT USING YOUR SERVICES?
Unlike some Home Club protection plans where you have a 30-day waiting period for the coverage to begin, at Home Repairs Membership you can start using our services immediately right after you become a Member. All you have to do is contact us and set up an appointment. Obviously, if we are already booked up for your preferred date, then you would have to wait until our next available opening. We’re here to help you care for your home, whether you prefer annual check-ups or monthly maintenance.
DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER IN ORDER TO USE YOUR SERVICES?
No. You do not have to become a member to user our services. If you are only interested in using our services on a one-time basis, all you have to do is contact us and we can set the appointment for your service for a flat fee of $147.
HOW MANY TIMES PER YEAR CAN I USE YOUR SERVICES WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY FOR THE LABOR/SERVICES?
As long as you are a good standing member, you can use our services as many times as you need or want throughout the year. Keep in mind that the advantage of being a member is to protect you from any emergency that comes along home ownership.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES ARE INCLUDED?
The types of services that are included are as follows: plumbing, electrical work, handyman work, painting, carpet installation, drywall repair and installation, HVAC, and appliances.

IF THE SERVICE NEEDED TAKES MORE THAN 2 HOURS OF WORK, WOULD I HAVE TO PAY ANY OUT-OF-POCKET FEES?
For the most part, all of the services that we provide are free of charge and usually take 2 hours or less to complete. When you know what service you need done, you contact us and at that time we will let you know if the service requested takes 2 hours or less. In most cases it does, but just to make sure we recommend that you give us a call, so there will be no surprises or extra charges without you knowing ahead of time.
when can i cancel my membership?
The initial membership in Home Repairs Membership is for a 12-month period. After the first year of membership, you may request (via text, email or phone call) to be placed on a month-to-month membership. Once you are in a month-to-month membership, you may cancel anytime by notifying us via text, email or phone call 30 days in advance.
